平时正常浏览网页，有更新会自动提示，然后重启更新，今天刷新了一下 setting ，发现出现如下错误：

Google Chrome may not be able to keep itself updated

Version 119.0.6045.159 (Official Build) (arm64)

请问大家遇到过吗？难道要重装嘛 orz
