Nice try. However, I am merely try to present you an **empirical fact** here. An empirical fact is an unchangeable event which has already happened in the past. Unless you have a time machine which can help you change the happened historical fact, otherwise it simple makes no sense arguing whether a finished event is feasible or not.
Besides, we are not discussing a monopoly case but an anti-trust case. Before you jump to the conclusion, pls do your own research and have a better understanding about anti-trust criteria.
