"我建议以后就算是工科学校,大一第一节课,除了普法教育,先教一教基础的商业和经济常识。别搞的工科学生一个个都跟不食人间烟火的仙人一样。"
How can you guys draw any conclusion when you even cannot properly define the market structure? Any educated civilized people should know it is clearly a simple anti-trust case. Based on this fact, whether you can change anything would be another story. Your argument is weak and biased. I cannot see you have any solid facts or proper theory to support your interesting idea like "我也觉得不要走法律,扯什么垄断的大旗,所谓『问过律师』也就是吓唬电信(还不一定唬得住)".
BTW, you said that "如果非要从这个途径,谈判是不够的,就看愿意付出多少维权成本。". The Chancellor of university once told us: if no one do anything, nothing would be changed; if anyone do something, everything can be changed. A civilized university should not only demonstrate the needs of contribution, but also the proper methodology to bring the change. Thus, the cost of negotiation merely depends on how smart you are, not difficult it would be.
