刚看到 Fi 的邮件。。里面说到“ Project Fi is now open to everyone, no invite required. This is the last reminder you'll receive about your invitation. ”

我记得当初挂着 VPN 随便申请下就成功了，不过一直没用上。

1, 2 楼其实完全正确. 人在国内根本不用想.

TOS 明确写了 If your usage outside our network is excessive, abnormally high, or cause us to incur too much cost, we may, at our option and sole discretion, suspend your Project Fi account, terminate your service, or limit your use of roaming.

点击注册然后填写资料，地址填写海淘地址
最后转运到国内
