2017 年还有多少人认为"Family Plan"就一定要是家庭成员才可以共享？

多少年了，在 V2EX 里一直看到一种论调："你们用家庭版，结拜兄弟了吗？"，"团购家庭许可但用于和自己无家庭成员关系的人即为盗版"。此问题出现于 Office 365 家庭版以及 Apple Music 等。

各位正版圣母们，你们喷点搞错了啊。Family Plan 只是服务提供商的一个名词而已，其本意是提供捆绑交易。不然怎么叫，Friend's Plan?

以上述 Apple Music 为例，以下为我与官方客服的对话（截取）：

服务商都没要求，圣母们就不要幻想一出虐恋正版情节，然后达到高潮好么？

其实还是要看不同的公司有不同的定义了，比如 Spotify 的家庭就写明了：“在同一地址同住。”这样的要求。

大部分人订阅家庭版的时候并没有仔细阅读用户协议或询问服务商，所以呢，Apple Music 可以分享给自己想要分享的任何人，不代表别的服务商也是这个解释啊。

是否有违反的情况确实得看用户规则的细则，你说 spotify, alfred 有详细规定我承认，alfred 还很贴心地提供 Corporate Licensing。但是那些看都没看就在 V2EX 喷别人盗版的（尤其是 Office 和 Apple Music 这种办公、娱乐领域的服务），难道不圣母么？尤其是此贴（ https://www.v2ex.com/t/375806 ）内一楼 @yangxin0 的回复，可把我恶心坏了。

另外这个词真的很贴切，实在想不到其他“不泛滥”的词了。

大概是可以分享给朋友，但是不能转售？我没看协议，纯猜测，我好多软件都是学生版和盗版。。。
