境外用超过 12 个月要被 suspend。这个时候你要在境内开机，并且用其他手机打电话问客服才行。不知道现在是不是还是这样。

准确说是，如果你在境外 pause，带回境内，只是每 3 个月 resume，pause 一下，并不真正联网，12 个月内会被 suspend。
