@z7356995 感谢回复~~ 不错地插件，已经安装了，之前用 deepl 差点意思，现换成 openai translator 试试。还有 Narrow Reading 方法论是好的，但是我下班时间会去听 youtube 或者 postcasts ，与读的东西不一致。后来我发现，往往找好的可理解输入资料（听的以及看的）往往是个大问题。
