Thank you for reaching out to us today and I will be happy to assist you. Currently from what we can gather there is an issue with the a provider between the mainland of the China and Singapore, that is causing the issues that you are seeing.

Unfortunately while we fully understand the impact of the issue, there's very little that we can do. The issue that we can see happens to fall outside of our network and our upstream providers network, unfortunately pushing the problem outside of our control.

While we hope that the provider with the issue can get everything back into working order as fast as possible, we fully understand and share your frustration in this situation.
