您这怎么就一股浓浓的酸味儿呢!三年网课确实不容易,产出学习效果不佳也实属正常。但作为用人单位,面试考察应聘者专业知识和能力本就是天经地义的事儿啊!您非说人家“一塌糊涂”,也太不客观了吧!
再说了,单就一个面试案例,怎能全盘否定所有应届生?每个年代都有各行各业的高手和庸才,不能因噎废食啊!我看这新生代里也不乏有真才实学的,只要用人方抱以开放心态,给他们适当培养,定能成长起来。
至于工资待遇低,这不全看公司的薪酬体系和财务状况吗?应聘者也有自主选择的权利,总不能强人所难吧?
