@AccelerXu 对，我们就是踩过这个坑，所以面试的时候才会谨慎些，但是导致现在招人很慢

@hqmJoker 我们开始就是给了一个认为合理的，而且也没有压候选人预期薪资，只是别人给的高了，就放弃 offer 了。甚至给的比他要的预期还要高一点。

> 薪资中等、要求高、人要稳定，换位思考一下一个技术能力强的愿意在一家公司沉淀的为何要平薪平级的跳去一家陌生环境的公司呢？
技术要求倒不是太高, 但是需要一些主动和业务思维。
另外也需要看个人选择，是否认这个方向
PS: 确实也在思考是不是降低下某些要求，（ ps: 招人太难，不得不降低要求了
