最近 1-2 个星期频繁出现

尝试：

• 换 GPT 账号无解 [ PLUS 账号+免费账号]
• 换线路无解（ 2 个机场+3 个自建 VPS [ GCP+Oracle ] ）
• 换浏览器无解（ Google Chrome+Microsoft Edge+百分百浏览器）

Mozilla Firefox 解决了，稳定得很！

如果是 Chrome 试试把这个特性关闭 chrome://flags/#enable-tls13-kyber

@taozhiw #2 试过很一般。最后用 Mozilla Firefox 解决了。
