后知后觉发现 openai 终于出了 win 版桌面应用，于是赶紧做了下兼容。在 win 上测试过了，能用。

此脚本基于 openai 桌面应用，也可以用于网页端，不使用 api 。
因为个人需求也加了对 Claude 的兼容。
和其他类似功能脚本相比的优势是我天天用，有 bug 会修。
现在的版本通用性应该比较强了，如果还有什么问题，提 issue ，我会修或者加 FAQ 。
