写了一个 codex 多账号切换的工具

买了多个 Team 账号，每次切账号都要登录退出感觉有点麻烦

就写了一个小工具用来切换，希望大家喜欢

最近又改进了一些
增加了预热功能，多个账号可以快速预热了
TUI 和 CLI 增加了配速显示，可以方便知道自己会不会用太快
