非大陆 IP ，几个月前申请 claude ，本机语言中文总是让绑定手机号，但又不发验证码，前几天邮箱收到官方发的 policy 变更，然后就登录给用了，我觉得现在选择这么多，为什么就非得跟不让用的死磕。大家都不用，他用户量减少，不就又放开了
