换一家就好了，Leaseweb网络的确挺好的。但是某Layer，或者某Rack也不错。特别是他们香港的线路。

@lightryanking 确实有这样的，一般是没有华人雇员。但是地址证明找有资质的翻译公司翻译即可，公证真不需要
