怎么让 Emule 通过 OPENVPN 达到 HighID

家里用的长宽，没有公网IP，手头有个OPENVPN可以用，只有全局连接才能得到HighID，但是又不想全局VPN，V友们可有高招？

如果全局VPN排除部分地址，这样也可以，但是非常不方便。
OPENVPN能不能设定端口规则呢？

@dant 路由表是基于IP的
iptables也许可以。用mangle表说不定行
