能够使用Privoxy 让某些不能设置代理的软件客户端来翻墙么？例如google earth pro？

privoxy 配合 goagentx + ss 在用
终端、浏览器、dropbox 都可以了

另外，goagentx 和 shadowsocksX 都有全局代理选项，打开即可
