gist 被 DMCA takedown, 没收到任何 github 通知邮件!

习惯用 gist 做笔记. 有个 pycharm.md 的文件. 今天点过去, 发现变成了 DMCA tackdown https://gist.github.com/Akagi201/5e5f13f9277d4d3b6633
PS: 我有可能把 pycharm 的 license 放到上面了. 不过关键是我现在已经不记得我上面都记录了哪些东西了, 也许有重要的笔记呢.....
这样随便删用户文件不通知用户的行为, 我以为只有国内百度网盘才有呢. 无语.
我如果给 github 发邮件有可能找回吗? 毕竟里面可能有 license 信息.

对应的数据并没有被删掉，只是被 takedown （应该理解为，断开链接）了。从这句可以看出来：「 If you are the gist owner, and you believe that your gist was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter notice and have the gist reinstated.」
那么理论上，你是可以发邮件 argue 的。不过鉴于你自己都不确定是否发布了未授权的内容，直接提交 DMCA Counter Notice 可能会有问题。一个可以尝试的方案是：发邮件给 [email protected] ，说明自己可能在没有主观恶意的情况下上传了有问题的内容，希望能获得被 takedown 内容的备份，同时说明并不要求内容被 reinstated 。 |

DMCA takedown 提示页面里有一句话 “ The notice has been publicly posted.”，这是个链接可以点进去的呀……
