搭建了个附件服务器，装的是 lnmp。最近服务器带宽使用量严重超标，影响正常访问。估计是被人采集了。请问图中蓝色框框的语句可以限制采集者的下载速度吗？
文件是：/usr/local/nginx/conf/vhost/域名.conf
我也不知道加的对不对。
