写了个工具可以把 WSL 下 fail2ban 的封禁转移到 Windows 防火墙里面

起因：开着 ssh 登录的 WSL 老被扫…… fail2ban 用的 iptables，windows 又不支持，干脆搞了个玩意儿让 fail2ban 的封禁能转移到 Windows Firewall 的服务。

啊第一版有个 bug 会导致这服务锁掉 fail2ban 的 dummy 文件……
请更新至 git 最新发布版本……
