有风险，有些人会故意起一些相似的、容易输错的包名提交上去，至于安装后会有什么后果我就不太清楚了，pypi 前几年清理了一大批这样的包。

是会有的，任何人都可以把自己写的 python 包发布到 pypi

没人审核， 有中毒风险，所以最好只用知名的库，不知名的先去看看 github 的 repo
