export DISTRO=stretch
export TARGET_DIR=`pwd`/debian_rootfs
echo $TARGET_DIR
fakeroot debootstrap --foreign $DISTRO $TARGET_DIR http://ftp.cn.debian.org/debian
fakeroot chroot $TARGET_DIR /debootstrap/debootstrap --second-stage http://ftp.cn.debian.org/debian
最后一步，fakeroot chroot 不能运行，显示 Operation not permitted.
