在 vs 配置里面把默认命令行工具替换为 powershell 就行了。 你这个情况试试 set HOMEDRIVE 目录试试看

默认终端如果不想折腾 还是 git-bash 省心... 很多常用 linux 命令也兼容, 编码也 ok
看截图似乎是你默认 cmd 启动不起来了 |
