往年学生认证到期前一个月都会有邮件过来提醒你，今年这还有十几天就过期了，什么消息都没有。 重新申请的学生认证，说是一周内人工审核回复的，这都 4 天过去了，也是什么消息都没有。
全家桶马上就用不了了，这什么情况，因为疫情都停工了吗？

学生认证不是填了 edu 邮箱自动发证吗，还需要人工审核？

@fishCatcher #3 有些学校没有 edu 邮箱，可以用学生证照片走人工审核

现在浙大邮箱居然不通过了....

停工没停工不知道，但是年后各个 IDE 更新的速度明显降下来了，以往隔一两个月打开 Toolbox 都是一串的更新，现在打开只有俩。都 2020 下半年了，绝大多数 IDE 的版本号还都只是 2020.1.2 。感觉像是因为疫情停工了，或者在家工作效率下降的厉害。[手动斜眼]

我发的学信网认证，从发邮件到回复我，一共用了 3 个多星期，一个星期内回复的应该是疫情之前的了

怎么 renew 的？我也快到期了，但是去了 renew 的页面只有 buy new license 这个选项，没看到邮箱验证的
