@Jinnyu github API rate limit 比较低。用 gitlab.com API 的时候比较好。

之后也会加上 OAuth 来突破 github API 的 rate limit 。

iOS 上好像图标有错位，比如说“开始阅读”的那个书记图标和外链图标
