takt time（节拍时间）：在精益生产中，为了满足客户需求，生产系统必须以多快的节奏产出一件产品的“目标节拍”。常用计算：可用生产时间 ÷ 客户需求量。它用来设定生产线的节奏与人员/工序配置（不同于单件加工时间或总提前期）。
