@lqxnb 去年面蚂蚁最后一面也是 HR + leader 一起面，然后就没然后了，我感觉就是因为候选人多，为了缩短时间。

@zjuster 很尴尬，已经工作快 4 年，接近 30 了。淘宝给到 p7 的月 base ，就是没有股票，所以大概就是 p6 +
