如果你是双相障碍，那么你就不可能只得出一个「轻度抑郁」。

至于为什么，双相障碍分两种，第一种比第二种更加激烈，也更加明显。第三种叫作快速循环型，这里略过不表。
第二种双相障碍的特点是，抑郁较重，但狂躁 /躁狂较轻。
抑郁较重有多重呢，中度以上才叫重。
所以你这个轻度抑郁和轻度双相情感障碍，这俩都不靠谱。

最后，网上的量表都不靠谱，去医院挂个精神科就行。心理咨询不能给你开药，排忧解闷儿行，治疗就算了，要是谈话能治疗双相，碳酸锂也不至于能应用那么多年。
