Upwork is a good choice, but it takes time to find good clients. Some of them pay pretty well, around 30USD/hour. Someone I know in a QQ group is getting paid 100USD/hour on Elance. Elance now is being merging into Upwork

房贷=房租，绝对是买房划算，你租房是消费了，而现在这个状况还房贷只是相当于把钱存起来
当然你要是说经济崩溃了房子不值钱那也没办法，做什么都得负担一定的风险
