怎么在emacs中设置virtualenv

我大概找了一个叫做virtualenvwrapper的插件，然后运行了下work-on, 结果发现shell和python interpreter里面都已经正确地设置了环境。但是当我运行compile的时候，emacs又开始报各种找不到包了，该如果解决呢

我终端里面用的shell是zsh，emacs启动的方式是emacsclient -c

感觉就是因为shell是zsh导致的，我用chsh把shell改成bash之后就好了，这怎么搞
