fiqh 指“伊斯兰教法学 / 教法理解”，即穆斯林学者对《古兰经》与圣训等来源进行解释、推导与归纳，从而形成关于礼拜、斋戒、婚姻、交易等日常与宗教生活规范的学问与体系。（也常译作“伊斯兰法学”“教法学”。）
