我用过 superpowers ，也用过 gsd ，这俩最大的毛病是烧 token ，但是好歹能兜底，我现在的工作模式是，维护一个项目的知识库，让 agent 按需加载，另外一个 feature ，先和模型讨论几轮，没问题就动手干，本地有 e2e 的环境，干的好与不好，直接测试一下

copilot 可以用 cc 系的；国产的话，套上 spec 可以用 glm 系列； 工具的话，貌似都可以的，opencode, claude code, codex, copilot cli, cursor agent

minimax 出了 2.7 了，体验上也不错，规划能力强，但是写代码，还差点意思，个人觉得在 sonnet 4.5 ~ 4.6 之间，比不上 opus 系列
