1. Opt-in 是最好的，对于想支持网站的用户来说没有隐私问题
2. 占用不能太高（起码不能造成卡顿），对移动客户端要默认关闭（笔记本：喵喵喵？
3. 只在前台运行，用户切走请自己暂停
滥用行为会对整个 Web 生态造成危害，流氓站点多起来之后各浏览器肯定会想办法解决的，和现在对 popup 的各种限制机制一样
