小米 MIX2，LineageOS16，也出现同样问题，权限里倒是有录音权限，也给了，但没用，现在能发语音，不能微信电话，不知道是不是 los 的 bug，凑巧赶上 los 因为 license 问题暂时停更了小米的设备，这个问题困扰一个多月了_(:з」∠)_
