烟龄12年,每天1-2包,戒过若干次,最长一次半年,复吸原因就不说了,反正在现在看来都是借口
这次戒烟截止到今天2个月多一点,目前状态良好
其实循序渐进的方法我觉得比较扯,因为这种减量的方式只会刺激你的大脑使你更享受有香烟的时刻,反而更容易有依赖,更容易觉得戒烟是折磨,抽烟是享受。

还是心理暗示比较好,我为什么自己花钱毒害我自己和家人呢?而且尼古丁的半衰期也就2-3小时,我都这么多天没抽了,早就不是因为尼古丁了,而是习惯性依赖而已,反正我就这么不断地暗示我自己的

@bobopu 北方?我们这运营商竞争蛮激烈的,小区里隔三差五就有移动/联通/电信摆地摊整线下的优惠活动


@lifanxi 我最一开始就是8M,然后免费提到了12M,然后又有活动提20M的时候换的光纤,都是免费的,每次活动必问是不是有公网IP分配。

@kidding 100M的好像没公网IP,上次线下小区里搞活动可以提,但是一问不给公网IP,于是就一直20M了,这个提完了还是直接给个封了80端口的公网IP

@bugeye 上传有个收费提速的

我的也被泄露了,我没有用过任何抢票软件,而且只用过官方的Web页面、Android版客户端和所谓新版本2.0客户端

而且一直就没有用过,因为基本没有自己订过火车票,都是别人帮我订的,就是本月中旬的样子,在魔都回南京的时候,登录过Android 2.0客户端买票
